I just wanted to say a few good words about our experience with
your service... Dear Homeworksre.com: We used your service to
get our home onto the MLS which brought us more calls than using
our big metro newspaper, plus you were less expensive! In using
Homeworksre, we saved over $13,000 in RE fees, and were very
satisfied with the final sale price that we negotiated on the
home. In using your service, we had the buyer within 18 days!
We had other "discount brokers" and RE agents approach
us with their services, but their fees were tremendous compared
to Homeworksre, and we knew we already had a "good thing
going" and so declined the other providers repeatedly. We
even told potential buyers about our great deal with Homeworksre
because they have houses to sell too! Our buyer's RE agent told
us "this year, I've seen more FSBO's than ever before."
The fact that Homeworksre was easy and had an incredibly inexpensive
MLS fee is enough proof for us that doing a FSBO was the right
